- cxl: Kaufman 1971; apparently nixed last minute, on 4/1. "Among the less humorous aspects were about 4,500 tickets that had already been sold at $4 and $5 for the concert, which was to be held in the 5,000 seat Physical Fitness Gymnasium. GD had confirmed the date on 3/3.
