The venue was known as of ca. 2020 as Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Hall. Handbills for the 2/5/88 event give "Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Auditorium". The Auditorium is a room in the Hall, holds 1,200 for assembly and 1,000 seated. Since the ticket stubs show General Admission, we use the "assembly" number to estimate capacity in 1988 at 1,200, and "Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Auditorium" as the canonical venue name. We have no idea about the earlier dates - would they have been seated, or GA?
