Lucrative little runout playing for John Scher. Greg Errico leaves the Garciaverse at the end of this tour, returning 10/13/82 at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz. That would kick off an eight-month stint with Errico at the drums, bringing a bashing power that would drive Garcia to play louder, and often better. That stint, ending 6/5/83 at the Chance club in Poughkeepsie, would be Errico's last.
