Notes
- ref: Billboard, May 15, 1982, p. 34, reporting $25,761.50 gross for the early show on 2,413 tickets sold.
- ref: Roman Kozak, "John Scher Moves East of Hudson," Billboard, April 24, 1982, p. 44; Kozak notes that this ends the de fact arrangement whereby Scher stayed West of the Hudson and Ron Delsener owned NYC. This was a big move for John Scher, and it's not surprising that Jerry would help him make it - they were very close, and their careers advanced together. See JGMF, Jerry Garcia and John Scher.
