  • This traveled for years as a single three-set show, which we strongly suspected was wrong, but could never prove until Mike Cutler supplied us with scans of his ticket stubs. Thank you, Cutler! The setlist still has some fuzziness. Old lists long included a TLEO between Sugaree and ISTE in the early show. It fits pretty plausibly there, but Cutler didn't remember it and it is not on the tape, so we do not include it.
