The tunes we list derive from a tape fragment on Alan Bershaw's 2nd gen reel, which primarily includes the late show. Only Hunter Gets Captured and Make It Better are on the tape, but the start of the tape finds Ron Stallings acknowleding Merl for "Do I Move You". This appears to be the end of the early show.
Alan's reel was labeled 6/13/79, but that is incorrect. We are now 100% certain that the late show material he circulated dates from 6/23/79, and this makes us about 98% certain that the associated early show material is the same. It would have been very easy for the '2' to be replaced by a '1' somewhere along the generational chain.
The various advertisements include among the players Merle [sic] Saunders and Kow [sic] Stallings.
