The event was a taping for a broadcast performance by the New Riders of the Purple Sage and Shanti. When the taping was finished some musicians meandered into Mickey's barn where he had a modest recording studio set up.
Garcia says "I gotta go play" after "The Wall Song", per Nick, presumably referring to the NRPS gig at the Inn. The songs after Garcia leaves are listed in gray.
The personnel list is highly uncertain.
KQED-TV broadcast "A Day In The Country". A sub-one-minute video fragment has emerged, showing "Louisiana Lady", Freiberg chilling and listening, Croz coming out of the woods with a lissome ladyfriend.
