As per truckin49 comment at achive.org "It was MC'D by a psychedelic comedian named Uncle Dirty and he was great, It was the NRPS with Garcia on peddle steel, Grateful Dead, Paul Butterfield Blues Band, The Beach Boys, and Mountain closed the show. "

Mountain replaced Bread at the last minute, citing busy making movie soundtrack as per The Duke Chronicle, vol. 66, no. 120 (Tuesday, April 20, 1971) pg 12.

Attendance and capacity from Corry's unpublished NRPS document. McNally (2002, 397) says there were 7k in the house. Ric Carter took some awesome photographs.
