Sharuda/King (1994) said it "wasn't close to being sold out," while Moon said "near capacity". It sold 13,939 out of 18,939, so qualify that however you'd like. We don't have contract terms, but know it was a $75k guarantee, and suspect it was identical in other respects to every other contract from the tour (85% split).
