  • Personnel note: this show has historically been listed as including a second guitarist [inaudible on tapes], "Mike Godman". We are sheepish that it took decades of head-scratching around who that might have been before Paul L. shows us that it almost certainly derives from Nicky saying "my God, man" in his band introductions. Heh heh.
