Notes
- Sue: $4,500 guarantee plus 60% gross over $16,000. AFM materials all say JGMS, even though Tutt is listed. All located publicity bills JGMS. So even though Tutt was present and attendee gflded recalls local billing under the "Legion of Mary" moniker, we have found no hard contemporary evidence that that name was used at this point. Nevertheless, that's how we list it for conformity to the Tutt Rule, which is very reliable.
- mentions: Oregonian, December 5, 1974, p. C10 | "Upcoming Concerts," Barometer (Oregon State University), December 10, 1974, p. 10, both billing Jerry Garcia and Merl Saunders
- listing: Oregon Daily Emerald, December 10, 1974, p. 19, billing JGMS
- review: [positive] Darkins 1974; "known simply as 'Jerry Garcia', Merl Saunders and Friends'"
