Sue: $3500 guarantee plus 60% gross receipts over $16,000. 12/12 and 12/13 used to be listed as Boarding House (e.g., McNally-Arnold JG List, thereby Deadlists, and thereby TJS). But there is hard evidence for the listing as we now give it, i.e., at the Paramount in Seattle (901 Pine Street). And it seems likely that the erroneous Boarding House listing reflects the fact that playing there that night were Maria Muldaur and the Great American Music Band (see listing in "Rap-Up's Wrap Up," Oakland Tribune, December 8, 1974, p. 2-RAP). By this time, of course, GAMB was sans Garcia. The band may have been calling itself Legion of Mary at this point, but an ad hosted at GDAO bills "Jerry Garcia, Merl Saunders & Friends" - feat Jerry Garcia, Merl Saunders, John Kahn, Martin Fierro, and Ron Tutt.
