September 1971 IOTB ledger scan is not very clear, but it says "Merl Saunders … someone …Jerry Garcia". We saw it in person and scanned it because of this listing, so we are100% sure it's Saunders/Garcia. Thanks to Mark Braunstein for providing access to his IOTB materials!
