Setlist may be incomplete

We do not know if Mickey performed at this show, but we think not. It appears that he didn't immediately start joining the Dead on stage at the next concert dates after his sit-in on 9/30/67 , although all indications are that he was a member of the band. Photo and listening evidence provided by commenters on hooterollin appear to show that Mickey did not appear again until the Shrine show on 11-10.
