  • Pre-SNL rehearsals, as laid out in a Noteworthy Enterprises document entitled "Grateful Dead Rehearsal Schedule - Winterland and Fall Tour", dated October 12, 1978. These were briefly discussed on the Big Steve show, 8/5/2020, @41:31ff. More importantly, McNally (2002, 522) confirms these rehearsals, as does Santusuosso (1978).
