  • Rachel Sweet billed to open, but "announced the cancellation of her tour last week, much to the delight of Garcia fans" (Fausner). A ticket from ebay shows "Special Guest The Tom Johnson Band". Instead, Robert Hunter canceled a gig at Rainbow Music Hall in Denver, so he could open for JGB, joining the tour on this night.

The Eleanor Rigby jam broke out exactly at midnight, so that "After Midnight" came after midnight.
