  • Billed as Maria Muldaur and Special Guest, but contract says Jerry Garcia Band. Tutt playing with Elvis in Des Moines (Mexican Sundial suit). AFM lists two shows starting at 7:30 and 11 pm. The wage just says "Benefit/Scale", with the employer paying production expenses. I wonder what scale was in mid-1977? The AFM material lists Kahn, Keith Godchaux, Garcia and "Gregg Enrico" from AFM local no. 47 (LA). Got to be Greg Errico, not least given the independent evidence that Tutt was absent.
