Based on my long ago notes, it appears that this date was from a list compiled by Dennis McNally. For the reasons described below [see LLD link] I think this was a Keith and Donna show with Jerry Garcia playing lead guitar and singing a few songs." update 20160806: I have found an SFC listing for Jerry Garcia & Merl Saunders. NB also that August 1975 Keystone Berkeley calendar gave as Merl Saunders. Bottom line: things were fluid in Jerryland, but the JGB hadn't been born yet.
