Ticket stub bills "Jerry Garcia and Merl Saunders and Friends". We had note "less than half full", Doyle review says "almost full" on capacity 3,000. We know that 672 tickets were sold, so maybe they let a lot of people in for free, or perceptions were wonky, or Doyle's capacity estimate was wonky, or ... ?

review: Doyle 1975. "I thought the show was good. The band moved well through different styles of music while maintaining their tightness, but the individual talents still seeped through. I was immensely upset by the band's non-musical relationship with the audience. They were 2-1/2 hours late getting on stage with absolutely no contact with the people once they got going. They also left a very disappointed crowd with no encore or reappearance at all. I feel a good audience deserves at least one encore after a ridiculously long wait just because the drummer can't get his ass there on time. Such arrogance and rudeness towards an audience is uncalled for when the delay is the band's fault. Shape up rock ' n roll bands!!"
