Production sheet says Anna Rizzo and A Train as ACT2. "Merl Saunders Group" also billed July 4th in the Press-Democrat ("through tomorrow").
John Kahn was playing with Maria Muldaur's band in Atlantic City, NJ on this night (see Lost Live Dead) so we don't know who played bass. We presume Tony Saunders.
