    Notes
  • See notes for 7/1 early show on the prelude. The Bottom Line www site lists Ellen Carney [sic], later of Grisman, connected with this show, and Mayer notes Maria sang again here. I know Maria was touring around this time, and I know that at some point she and Ellen Kearney (along with Maryann Price) sang as the "Bezbo Sisters" (Flippo 1978), so it makes some sense that they are singing here. That said, the two backing vocalists on the recording seem to go by Wilma and Wanda, and while those could just be goofy stage names, though neither sounds like Maria. We go with it being Maria and Ellen Kearney, but this is uncertain. Finally, re the setlist, it seems like there might have been at least one tune before what we present here, but this is also uncertain.
