Twitter friend @QueenCityJamz forwarded an undated ad from the Straight Creek Journal billing this gig, and an article from the day before the show (Del Riker, "Grateful Concert: Dead," Straight Creek Journal, June 19, 1973, pp. 1, 5) noting that the whole thing had been a little wobbly for awhile, and collapsed after one of the promoters, George Lawson, was arrested in Nebraska for auto theft. We have not seen the second page of the article.
