  • Ad billing: "Bluegrass music with Old And In The Way featuring Jerry Garcia [name was larger, prominent] plus the Rowan Bros." Bernstein (2013, 113-118) describes these gigs and gives setlists. He notes personnel, sellouts. Says Jerry arrived at 1 pm and they played early video game Space Race for two hours. Late show was a big hit. Jerry hung out an hour after the late show, playing more Space Race.
