NT p.5 bills Jerry Garcia ("fresh from being interviewed by Charles Reich and Jann Wenner (whew!))" and Merle [sic] Saunders at KK. NT p.6 bills Garcia, Saunders and Tom Fogerty at the Lion's Share. The circulating tape is listed as KK. We can't know whether the tape evidence is truly independent, but 2 out of 3 data points support KK, so that's how we list it.
