    Notes
  • Not clear who are all the guests on Lovelight, dead.net attendees report: "Pigpen outdid Dino Valenti on 'Lovelight' and Steve Miller was onstage at the end too." and "Members of QMS plugged in and jammed through an extension of the number."
  • Deadbase IX (Scott et al. 1995, p. viii) says shows originally scheduled for Civic Center, changed to Red Vest. Deadlists also lists these as the Red Vest but the Civic Center is correct. There is no evidence the shows were moved to the Red Vest nightclub. Honolulu papers continued listing the shows at the Civic Aud through the 13th, and witnesses recall the shows at the Civic.
