Notes
  • Song order not known, what we list is arbitrary.
  • Dead start recording "Workingman's Dead"
  • According to Bob Matthews, the band spent 2 days demoing and then sequencing the demos. It very likely occurred during the 4 day stretch between shows at Family Dog and trip to Texas in February. These 2 days could've been the 16th & 17th, 17th & 18th, or the 18th & 19th.
  • March 2nd through 6th they went back into the studio to record the final takes. Only one dated session sheet survives, New Speedway Boogie from Match 3rd, the rest of that stint is dated speculatively.
  • March 11th through March 15th and all mixing work, according to master tape reels.
