  • Free afternoon concert; The show was shut down by police. According to DeadEssays blog a couple witnesses recall the Fugs, but another says they didn't play. Group Image members recall opening, but it's also possible there was no opener, since the Group Image had played there the day before and had been chased off the stage by an angry mob.
  • No tape exists. Portions of the setlist come from recollections by attendee Mike Bobrik noted on the deadlist.net entry for this show. Other tunes from from the video fragments we have. Order uncertain.
